OMNIPRECIOS PRIVACY POLICY

Welcome to OmniPrecios (hereinafter, "the Application" or "we"). This Privacy Policy explains transparently how we collect, use, store and protect user information (hereinafter, "the User" or "you") when you use our mobile app to check fuel prices in Spain.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that we process the personal data needed to provide the service under the terms described in this document. OmniPrecios does not require creating a user account.

• Legal Framework: Personal data processing is carried out in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable Estonian data protection law.

2. Data We Collect and Purposes

To show nearby filling stations and fuel prices, OmniPrecios may process the following information:

• Location data (GPS): Approximate or precise coordinates from your device, only while you use the Application in the foreground and if you have granted location permission. Purpose: find nearby stations, sort results by distance and centre the map. We do not request or use background location.

• Local Application preferences: Settings you store on the device (for example preferred fuel type or filters). Purpose: remember your configuration between sessions. These data remain on the device unless sent to the server as part of a search query.

• Technical and diagnostic data: Device information, operating system, Application version, analytics or crash identifiers, and error context. Purpose: operate the service, measure aggregated usage, diagnose failures and improve stability.

• Price service queries: When you search for stations, we send our servers the parameters needed for the query (for example coordinates or geographic area and fuel type). Purpose: return listings and prices. We do not build a User identity profile from those queries.

• Google Maps: When displaying the map, Google Maps may process technical data and, where applicable, location context to render the map. Purpose: show stations on the map. Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

OmniPrecios does not ask for registration, email, name or password. We do not maintain user accounts in the Application.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

We process your data under the following GDPR legal bases:

1. Performance of the service / legitimate interest in providing the requested function: processing foreground location (with your operating-system permission) and station queries is necessary to show nearby prices and distances.
2. Consent: access to device location is requested through Android permission prompts. You may deny or revoke that permission at any time in phone settings; some features (nearby stations) will become unavailable.
3. Legitimate interest: we process technical data and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) and, when enabled, aggregated analytics (Firebase Analytics) to maintain security, stability and product improvement. Where applicable, you may object by contacting our support email.

4. Data Retention

Preferences are kept on your device until you clear them or uninstall the Application. Queries sent to our servers are processed transiently to answer the request and are not used to build a User travel history. Technical and diagnostic logs are retained only for the limited time needed for security, debugging and service continuity. Where the law requires longer retention, we keep only what is necessary for that purpose.

5. Recipients and Data Transfers

OmniPrecios has a strict policy:we do not sell or rent your personal data or GPS location to third parties.

To operate the Application, we delegate processing to necessary providers that meet security standards and the GDPR:

• API hosting and infrastructure: price and station data services run on infrastructure under our control (including domains such as asere.net and services associated with Trazavia/Asere), preferably in the European Union.

6. Information Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:

• Encryption of communications in transit using HTTPS / TLS.
• Data minimisation: we do not require an account or store a User location history in the Application.

7. Analytics and Diagnostics

The following tools help us understand OmniPrecios usage and fix errors:

• Firebase Analytics (Google): Collects aggregated usage statistics (screens, sessions and generic device information) to improve the product.

• Firebase Crashlytics (Google): Collects crash reports and technical context (device model, OS version, app version) to diagnose errors. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in service stability.

8. Your Rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection, Restriction and Portability:

1. On the device: you may revoke location permission and delete local data by uninstalling the Application or clearing its storage.
2. By email: write to[email protected]stating the action you want us to take.
3. Response time: we will reply within one month of receipt, extendable under the GDPR in complex cases.
4. Complaint: you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es or another competent supervisory authority.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this document to reflect technical or legal changes. The current version will be published on this page with the last-updated date.

10. Minors

The Application is not directed at children under 16. If you are under 16, you must not use it without parental or guardian authorisation where required by law.

11. International Transfers

Some providers (in particular Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, the provider's documented mechanisms, or an adequacy decision where available. You may request more information by writing to our support email.
