Content License - Trazavia

This document describes the license that applies to content that users upload toTrazavia. By uploading content to the platform, you accept these terms.

1. Ownership

Content uploaded to Trazavia remains the property of the user who uploaded it (the author). Uploading content does not transfer ownership to Trazavia or to other users.

2. License granted to Trazavia

By uploading content to Trazavia, the author grants Trazavia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license with full rights to:

• Store the content on Trazavia's systems and infrastructure.
• Reproduce and display the content within the platform (web, mobile applications, and related services).
• Edit, optimize, compress, crop, or otherwise adapt the content as needed for technical delivery and presentation of the service.
• Use the content for commercial purposes related to Trazavia's operation, promotion, and services.

This license remains in effect while the content is hosted on Trazavia and as needed for backups, legal obligations, and the continuity of the service.

3. Prohibited use by third parties

Reproduction, manipulation, distribution, or any other use of content obtained through Trazavia is prohibited without the author's permission. Accessing content on the platform does not grant third parties any ownership or usage rights over it.
