OMNIPRECIOS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of the mobile applicationOmniPrecios(hereinafter, "the Application"). By downloading or using OmniPrecios, you become a User and fully accept these clauses. If you disagree, you must refrain from using the Application.

1. Purpose and Service Description

OmniPrecios is an informational application for checking fuel prices at filling stations in Spain. Its main features include:

• Fuel price lookups by fuel type.
• A list of stations near your location (if you grant the relevant permission).
• Display of stations on an interactive map.

The Application is currently provided free of charge. No account registration is required.

2. Informational Nature and Disclaimer

Prices, opening hours, addresses and other data shown in OmniPrecios are providedfor informational and guidance purposes only.

• Price data come from official sources or technical aggregators; they may be incomplete, outdated or differ from the actual price at the station.
• The final price and sale conditions are those indicated by the filling station at the time of refuelling.
• OmniPrecios does not guarantee continuous availability of the service or absolute accuracy of the map or opening hours shown.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asere Technologies OÜ is not liable for damages arising from relying solely on information shown in the Application, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation would be unlawful.

3. Device Location

The Application may request access to your location to show nearby stations. Permission is optional: if you deny it, you may still use features that do not depend on geolocation, or with limitations. We do not use background location.

4. Acceptable Use

When using OmniPrecios, you agree to:

• Use the Application lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not engage in abusive scraping, attacks, unlawful reverse engineering, or interference with the service or third parties.
• Not use the Application in a way that unreasonably overloads the infrastructure or breaches applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The designs, interfaces, logos, code and other elements of OmniPrecios are owned by Asere Technologies OÜ or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Price data from public or official sources may be subject to the conditions of those respective sources.

6. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any Application feature temporarily or permanently.

Material changes to these Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the Application after they take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the Application.

7. Minors

The Application is not directed at children under 16. If you are under 16, you must not use it without the authorisation required by applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. For consumers, mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules apply and, where required by law, the consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile. For non-consumers, the parties submit to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, in particular the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), without prejudice to mandatory rules that may apply.

9. Language and Severability

These Terms may be provided in several languages. For Users in Spain, or in case of conflict between translations, the Spanish version prevails.

If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force and effect.
